Due to the strict hygiene, safety, and health regulations associated with skincare and personal care items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once products have left our pharmacy or been delivered to you. All sales are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in inspecting and packaging your skincare products. However, if you receive an item that is visibly damaged, leaked, expired, or incorrect, we will fix it immediately:
Timeframe: You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Condition: The product must remain completely unopened, unused, with its safety seals fully intact, and in its original retail packaging.
Proof: Please provide your original invoice or order number, along with a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
